Our selected cuts package comes in three different sizes: Quarter, Half and Whole. We call it the "Selected Cuts" package because these are the most commonly selected custom cuts in an animal. If you are looking for a family option with roasts and ground beef check out our "Family Package" option.Quarter Package is approximately 100 total pounds of premium grass fed beef and includes around 75lbs of steaks and roasts such as T-Bone, New York, Sirloin, Ribeye, Filet Mignon, chuck, rump and etc. and around 25lbs of ground beef. This will take about 5 cubic feet of freezer space.*Half Package is approximately 200 total pounds of premium grass fed beef and includes around 150lbs of steaks and roasts such as T-Bone, New York, Sirloin, Ribeye, Filet Mignon, chuck, rump and etc. and around 50lbs of ground beef. This will take about 10 cubic feet of freezer space.*Whole Package is approximately 400 total pounds of premium grass fed beef and includes around 300lbs of steaks and roasts such as T-Bone, New York, Sirloin, Ribeye, Filet Mignon, chuck, rump and etc. and around 100lbs of ground beef.
