Our family pack comes in three different sizes: Quarter, Half and Whole. We call it the "Family Pack" because this is how our family chooses to process animals for our own personal use. Note the large quantity of ground beef, which we find is extremely versatile in feeding a young and growing family. If you are looking for more steaks and cuts check out the "Selected Cuts" package.In addition to the quantity of ground beef, the following roasts are also included:BrisketPrime RibTenderloinNew YorkSirloin TipTop RoundTop SirloinQuarter Beef is approximately 125 total pounds of premium grass fed beef and includes around 100lbs of ground beef and around 25lbs of the roasts listed above. These will range from 2lbs to 6lbs each, depending on the cut (Prime Rib roast will be bigger than Tenderloin roast & etc.). This will take about 5-6 cubic feet of freezer space.*Half Beef is approximately 250 total pounds of premium grass fed beef and includes at around 200lbs of ground beef and around 50lbs of the roasts listed above. These will range from 2lbs to 6lbs each, depending on the cut (Prime Rib roast will be bigger than Tenderloin roast & etc.). This will take about 10-12 cubic feet of freezer space.*Whole Beef is approximately 500 total pounds of premium grass fed beef and includes around 400lbs of ground beef and around 100lbs of the roasts listed above. These will range from 2lbs to 6lbs each, depending on the cut (Prime Rib roast will be bigger than Tenderloin roast & etc.).
