Bulk Grassfed Beef

All of our beef comes from 100% grass fed and grass finished cattle. Raised locally on our small family farm in the state of Nevada, using our best understanding of holistic and/or regenerative practices. We are continually learning and striving to improve based on what we learn and observe. Processed locally by a generational family owned business. Our beef is delicious, has great flavor and is very good for you.

If you are wondering why all of our items are currently "Out of Stock" here is a brief explanation. We harvest our beef in the fall of each year so that the cattle have all summer on fresh growing forage to be in finished condition and ready for harvest. This year in 2024 we plan on opening reservations for this fall harvest in March 2024.
