All of our beef comes from 100% grass fed and grass finished cattle. Raised locally on our small family farm in the state of Nevada, using our best understanding of holistic and/or regenerative practices. We are continually learning and striving to improve based on what we learn and observe. Processed locally by a generational family owned business. Our beef is delicious, has great flavor and is very good for you.
